The position: Swedish speaking Call Centre Advisor for our Call Center in Targu Mures or Cluj
The duties of a Call Center Advisor include:
- Providing advice, support and managing all non- group enquiries and bookings
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Negotiating the best possible rates and conditions
- Providing suitable alternatives
- Researching for appropriate suppliers including the utilization of non-contracted suppliers (hotels) wherever appropriate
- Contacting suppliers according to the sales
Who you are
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish
- Strong communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- Very well organized and able to juggle multiple demands and meet deadlines
- Like to use your initiative and get things done
- Enjoy solving problems and working out solutions
- A real team player
- Accurate with high attention to detail
- Thrive on working in a busy environment and where you sometimes have to work under pressure
- Great research skills
- Want to make your mark and progress
