Locatie: Cluj-Napoca Domeniu: SSC/BPO Job Type: Full- Time Experienta: Entry-level Descriere Job: Responsabilities: Aa Junior Collection Specialist @Vertiv, you'll perform a variety of customer collections activities, including settlement/negotiation of any outstanding balances, including guidance and monitoring of collection agency actions, bad debt write offs as well as and/or any other functions, activities or procedures necessary to reduce past-dues and achieve appropriate DSO performance on accounts adhered to Vertiv Collections Policy. On a daily basis, you'll: •manage operations of an assigned portfolio; •send routine follow-up communication to customers; •submit all requirements for your customers in a timely and accurate manner; •timely dispute identification and resolution; •communicate with Collection Coordinator to recommend account escalations on collections and billing issues; •analyze data and provide prompt solutions to collections issues; •answer inquiries and resolve routine issues for non-payment of invoices. Requirements: We are looking for professionals with passion, dedication & commitment who: •have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; •have strong communication and interpersonal skills; •are fluent in English (verbal and written); •are a proficient user of MS Office Software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint; •have the ability to handle large volume of phone work and written communications; •have 1 year in Customer Service Positions (preferred not mandatory).
