Your Role
About the role
The role will include the following responsibilities:
- Definition of the development strategy and services offered;
- Development of trade relations with partners, major multinational accounts;
- Recruitment and management of consultant teams;
- Monitoring, both projects and teams;
- Financial management of your business unit.
Ideal profile
- Graduated with a Master/Bachelor degree from either a Business School or from an Engineering School and you’re willing to evolve into a business and management role;
- You have a successful experience in Recruitment, preferably in IT recruitment;
- Sales or Business Partner experience;
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, keen sense of communication, strength of conviction, leadership, ability to identify talent and to develop capacities to adapt to local economy;
- Advanced English is mandatory, and preferably French language skills;
- Driving license (B).
