The position: Swedish speaking Call Centre Advisor for our Call Center in Targu Mures or Cluj

 

The duties of a Call Center Advisor include:

 

  • Providing advice, support and managing all non- group enquiries and bookings
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Negotiating the best possible rates and conditions
  • Providing suitable alternatives
  • Researching for appropriate suppliers including the utilization of non-contracted suppliers (hotels) wherever appropriate
  • Contacting suppliers according to the sales

 

Who you are

 

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills
  • Very well organized and able to juggle multiple demands and meet deadlines
  • Like to use your initiative and get things done
  • Enjoy solving problems and working out solutions
  • A real team player
  • Accurate with high attention to detail
  • Thrive on working in a busy environment and where you sometimes have to work under pressure
  • Great research skills
  • Want to make your mark and progress
