Your Role
The Amaris team in Romania is looking to find a new colleague to join our team of consultants with knowledge in IT Support!
What would be the new colleague’s responsabilities?
– Offer technical support for Windows systems
– Both IT support via phone and on site
– Handling the technical issues that can appear with the operating systems/ internal applications
– Testing and fixing faulty equipment
– Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
The new colleague should have:
– Minimum 1 year experience in IT support
– Fluency in English, French knowledge can be a plus
– Bachelor Degree in a technical/ computing area
– Driving License B category
– Mobility in Romania, open to travel
